Since finalizing the combination with CB&I in May, McDermott has accomplished a great deal in terms of integration in a relatively short period of time. We have made tremendous progress in integrating every aspect of our two companies, while at the same time, we have laid the foundation for a new, collaborative culture.

To make sure that we get our culture right, McDermott employees from all levels, regions and backgrounds participated in five culture summits on four different continents. Participants helped refine our company’s vision and establish what values and behaviors we need to succeed together.
